Galvanizing plant

Galvanizing Plant includes basic plant with material handling, pretreatment tanks, drier, zinc bath, post-treatment, and environment plant with acid scrubbing tower, fluxing regeneration plant, white fume filter, neutralization plant for waste acid.
Such galvanizing plant is for galvanizing general pieces, such as various steel structures, lighting poles, and etc.
based on customer’s requirement, the design and layout of galvanizing plant can be different to satisfy customer’s production, actual factory size and other factors. It can be manual galvanizing plant or semi-automatic galvanizing plant or fully automatic galvanizing plant.
